Visiting this website
- No tracking and no analytics. This site uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising trackers.
- One local setting. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
- Fonts are hosted on this site. No fonts or scripts are loaded from Google or other third parties.
- Hosting. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a secure, working website).
Contacting Ryan
If you get in touch by email or phone, your details and your message are used only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange lessons or bookings (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are deleted once they are no longer needed, unless the law requires them to be kept.
Links to other services
Lessons are booked on Podia, and this site links to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Nothing is loaded from those services until you click a link. Once you do, their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data held about you and how it is processed,
- have incorrect data corrected,
- have your data deleted, or its processing restricted,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- receive your data in a portable format, where you consented or a contract applies,
- withdraw any consent at any time, with effect for the future.
Email admin@ryaninglis.com to use any of these rights. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority — in Bavaria, the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht.
